Shipping & Delivery Policy

At LittleTags.com, we make sure that your orders reach you in time. For this we are associated with trusted shipping partners who work 24/7 to help us ship packages as quickly as possible. There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.

Shipping Charges:
For orders with Delivery Address within India:
1. Free on orders of INR 999 and above
2. INR 100 on orders below INR 999

For orders with Delivery Address outside India, the shipping charges are as follows:
1. Free on orders of INR 12,000 and above
2. INR 1,500 on orders below INR 12,000

Cash On Delivery (COD):
This facility is available for certain pin codes within India only. You will find the COD payment option on the shopping cart page based on the shipping address pin code.

Time taken to deliver your order:
We get on our toes as soon as you place an order with us. Delivery times are usually as follows:
1. Within India - your order should reach you in 2 - 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
2. Outside India – approximately 5-10 business days

Please note that the date of dispatch depends on the products you order. The product page displays exactly how many days will it take to dispatch that product.

Packaging:
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

International Shipping:
International shipping is possible. The number of days for delivery can increase due to delay in customs processing at the destination country.

International Customs Charges:
Some destination countries charge customs on the shipments. All customs charges, local taxes and delivery company`s processing fees for clearing customs is to be borne by the customer.

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at +918447722222 or email us at care@littletags.com

Part Payment:
For certain Cash-on-Delivery orders, you might be required to make an advance part payment of INR 500 - INR 2000. We usually ask for a part payment in cases where the product is custom made especially for that order.


Refunds Policy

All successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit. In case of a product being faulty or wrongly delivered, LittleTags will follow the policy of repair following replace and finally store credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Return Policy

We offer a hassle free 7 day return policy on our returnable** products. If you do not like a product or it does not fit well, then we will issue you store credit that can be used to purchase anything you like. Please follow the these steps to initiate a return:

  1. You can email us at care@littletags.com or call us at +918447722222  within 10 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order.
  3. We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India. In case you want to return or exchange a product, please send it to the following address:

  4. Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Also the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your return. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
  5. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
  6. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit will have no expiry and can be used to purchase anything from our website.

**Made to Order Products, Socks, Stockings & Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Used, washed, damaged or laundered products cannot be returned/exchanged. Product tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.

**No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns.

Good To Know:

  • We offer reverse pick up for majority of pin codes in India. But if reverse pick up is not available for your pin code, then we would request you to send the product back to us at the following address:

  • We can only offer exchanges based on availability of size upon receiving the return product and not before that.
  • Images on the website are professionally clicked, however there can be a slight colour variation compared to the actual products based on the system settings one is using.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • In case a product is missing from your shipment or a product is damaged in transit, please call or email us within 48 hours on receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further.
  • We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India. In case you want to return or exchange a product, please send it to the following address:

Cancel the order?

An order can be cancelled until the order is dispatched, applicable only on ready to ship products. Made to Order products can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. Please call us on +918447722222 or email us at care@littletags.com to cancel your order. If the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In case you reject a COD order, we will not be able to offer you COD service on subsequent orders in future.
